"EVERYONE DESERVES A SECOND CHANCE"



A young female in her early 30s who had complex needs was referred to Passionate Support Services on trial basis. She had been institutionalised for most of her juvenile life and required intensive support. With our personalised care planning and one-to-one  support, she was able to stabilise and make tremendous progress within the first few months. She stayed with Passionate Support for just over eight months and made full recovery. Our Support & Advice with Work and Education initiative assisted her with application process for her graduate degree and she was accepted to one of the top university in London.

Apart from having mental health illness, he was also struggling with self-management, low self-esteem and non-inclusion in the community. Our person-centric approach with emphasis on maximising independence and community access enabled him to make great progress and he was able to turn his life around in less than 10 months. He was accepted at a reputable university in London with provision of independent accommodation for September 2018.



A young female in her 30s with mental health illness who had been turned down by other care providers was referred to Passionate Support Services. After initial assessment, the management decided to give her a chance which reflects on our philosophy that "everyone deserves a second chance". She was offered a placement with Passionate Support Service and With a dedicated key worker and individualised care planning, she was able to make great progress within months, she moved out into independent accommodation in just over eight months . She is now working in part time paid job and studying for graduate degree from a reputable university.
